WORK OUT DAY :D
yup, today early morning meet Melissa at 7am woodlands interchange.. indeed tired. hahas:D after that meet val at control station.. oh, and GF spotted me:) so i pass the form to her.. so reached home ard 7.30am.. get change and slp like a pig, until 1 plus then wake up. hahas~ by then baby msg me, i jus awake.. i switch my phone to silent mode, so no one cann ka jiao me:D wahahahahahhas:D
slack at home for the whole day, until my phone alarm ring~ i totally forget abt the work out thing today:p hahas:D but i still manage to get my butt up the chair and head to woodlands stadium.. before i left, there were slight drizzling outside:( sian. but i still going to the gym anyway:D hohoho~
so, get up to the running machine. ha:D maybe the starting speed too fast, in the end, i run until like a cow. lols.. but average speed is still 8.5:)) but i jus run for that 5 km.. tiring enuf.. having headache now.. cann breathe properly.. but! nvm. tmr shal be fine:))
meet mummy after i bathe. went to yoshinoya had dinner:)) then went shopping:D i brought my new pillow for $16:D and my cute little toothbrush.. using cute to describe a toothbrush is a bit wierd la. but! its really cute:D nvm, i know cann liao:))
hahas:D reached home, watch my slamdunk again! but still headache:(( hmm, baby at bedok having his ball game!!! not fair leh, he cann play i still needa wait); nvm! 6 more days to go!
